CPC Order 1: Parties to the suits

Order 1 of the Civil Procedure Code defines the parties to a suit and the rules and regulations for joining the parties as plaintiffs and defendants. This order provides guidance as to which person or persons can be a party to a suit. Basically order 1 describe us that in a civil suit who may be joined as a plaintiff or defendant.

    Kindly need to correct Q: 11 and Q:17, both answers are wrong. when I choses correct answer, it shows wrong.

    sorry the question, numbers changes everytime, so the question about, mis joinder & non joinder is given order 1 rule 9 in cpc but here it says wrong anwer.
    Secondly, Where a suit has been instituted in the name of wrong person, as plaintif through a mistake, so application for ( Mis-joinder ) will be filed before court. its the correct answer but your web, says non-joinder, need to correct.
