CHAPTER 1: Preliminary (QSO 1984) Short Notes

Chapter 1 of the Qanoon e Shahadat Order , 1984 contains Articles 1 and 2 which deal with the title, scope and applicability of this Order. In this chapter the legislature clearly give the this order proper name as the ‘ Qanun e shahadat 1984.
